How does temperature affect PU Foam’s performance?

PU foam maintains stable performance across a wide temperature range (-60°C to +110°C continuous exposure). Unlike some materials, its thermal conductivity changes minimally with temperature variations. This makes it ideal for applications experiencing extreme temperature swings, such as roofing or refrigerated facilities. At very low temperatures, it actually becomes slightly more efficient. High-temperature performance depends on the facing material, with aluminum facers providing the best high-temperature stability.
