The aluminium honeycomb panel is a new composite material developed by introducing advanced foreign composite equipment and using hot-melt adhesive, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional honeycomb panel’s brittle adhesive layer, low tear resistance and impact resistance, poor processability and high cost, thus creating a new situation in which aluminium honeycomb panels are widely used.
Aluminium honeycomb panels, suitable for civil construction, car and ship decoration, etc. it is the application of aviation and aerospace materials in the field of civil construction. The whole process is completed in a modern factory, using hot press forming technology, due to the high heat transfer value between the aluminium skin and the honevcomb, the thermal expansion and contraction of the inner and outer aluminium skins are svnchronised: there are small holes in the honeycomb aluminium skins so that the gas inside the panels can flow freely; the slidable installation buckle system will not cause structural deformation during thermal expansion and contraction. The panel is mainly made of high quality 3003H24 alloy aluminium or 5052AH14 high manganese alloy aluminium, thethickness of the panel is 0.8~1.5mm fluorocarbon roller coating or colour light resistant baking paint, the colour light resistant baking paint is stronger than PVDF in terms ofscratch resistance, acid rain corrosion discolouration and self-cleaning, the thickness of the base plate is 0.6~1.0mm, the total thickness is 25mm.
